Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on December 6, 2021, found that Brightstar Care of Stroudsburg, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on September 28, 2021.
